- Obtain an application form and list of requirements. - The form is available at the Consulate and at the Department of Foreign Affairs of each country or you can apply online.
- Fill out the form - All questions in the form must be fill in, if it is not applicable, write N/A. PRINT IN BLOCK LETTERS and its in triplicate copy. Note: Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- All applicants must submit three (3) sets of documents including the original.
- Call the Consulate for your appointment. - Call at least 3 weeks ahead of your expected appointment date.You will be given the soonest appointment available. If submitting via courier, call the office 4 days after your sent the package to confirm the receipt and ask for your reference number.
- On your appointment day submit your completed visa application form and supporting documents along with your passport and visa fee. You will be issued a receipt and be given a visa application reference number. Use your reference number to check the status of your application.
- Visa decisions - Six weeks minimum processing of visa applications.
